Location: Shrivenham
Prolinx, The Secure Sovereign Company, is seeking a proactive IT Service Desk Apprentice to join our team in providing 24/7/365 support for end users. You will deliver high-quality technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and minimize downtime for users.
The role offers hands-on experience with OS, networks, printers, and ITSM tools such as Service Now and Jira. Entry requirements include 3 GCSEs with Maths/English, and a UK driving licence is preferred.
