Location: Southmoor
Weldmar Hospice care is seeking a Community Nurse to provide high-quality palliative and end-of-life care across South Dorset. The role sits within the Specialist Hospice at Home service, delivering compassionate, patient-centred care in patients’ own homes.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting families and carers, and contributing to education and practice development. The position is part-time and permanent, paying £39,959 to £48,117 per year.
