Temp to Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Quality Technician to join an innovative engineering company based in Abingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in an engineering environment to join a growing team and play a key role in maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

• Conduct in-process quality control checks during production, primarily through visual inspection of parts and review of production records.
• Raise non-conformance reports for products that do not meet quality requirements.
• Inspect and review reworked products to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Document production process variations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality procedures and standards are consistently maintained.
• Work closely with technicians, engineers, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with technicians, engineers, and managers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to learn new skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Competitive hourly rates of up to £16.80 per hour or £20.00 per hour depending on shift and experience.
