Location:

Carrollton, TX

Salary: $120,000 – $125,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations related to payroll, benefits, and intercompany transactions
• Manage intercompany accounting and allocation processes across multiple entities
• Lead the month‑end and year‑end close process for relevant accounts
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of payroll‑related journal entries and benefit accruals
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, finance, and operations to resolve accounting issues
• Maintain and enhance internal controls related to payroll and intercompany activities
• Supervise and mentor a small team of accounting professionals
• Support external audits and provide necessary documentation as required
• Assist in implementing new processes and system improvements to streamline operations
• Prepare reports and perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA certification is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of corporate accounting experience required
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and allocations is required
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits accounting preferred
• Proficient in Excel and experience working with ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
