Field Engineer; Heavy Civil

Urban Infra construction is looking for a Field Engineer to join our Heavy Civil department.

• Assist Superintendents and Project Managers with daily field operations on heavy civil projects.
• Support field crews by interpreting plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Assist with work planning, sequencing, and daily coordination with subcontractors.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, as-builts, and other project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, craft teams, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1+ years’ experience in Heavy Civil Construction Industry.
• Knowledge of heavy civil operations such as utilities, earthwork, concrete, and road construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and PDF Editing
• Willingness to travel as required
• Valid Driver’s license
