Estimator - Water Resources

Urban Infra construction is looking for a Estimator to join our Estimating department. • Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop detailed takeoffs
• Analyze bid documents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project
• Prepare and submit competitive and accurate bid proposals
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment
• Analyze market conditions, competition and pricing strategies
• Maintain and utilize historical cost and production data to assist in securing new work
• Participate in bid reviews with Chief Estimator and upper management

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in the Water/Wastewater Construction Industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of estimating experience
• Knowledge of estimating software such as HCSS Heavybid, Blue Beam, Agtek
• Knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Valid Driver’s license
• Commute to office in Farmers Branch, TX
