* Job Description:

** The
** Quality Systems Engineer
** is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems that support semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, drives systemic improvements, and supports cross-functional teams in maintaining a robust quality management framework.
*
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and semiconductor industry standards.
* Lead internal audits, gap assessments, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
* Establish and lead site quality Management reviews with focus on QMS effectiveness improvement.
* Manage and support customer and regulatory audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on corrective actions.
* Manage document control systems, change management workflows, and quality records.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality system compliance and readiness.
* Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems, documentation, and compliance.
* Provide training and guidance on quality system requirements, use of quality tools, procedures, and best practices.
* Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 4C, FMEA, RCA).
* Ensure alignment between quality systems and operational processes across the fab.
