Purpose

The Factory Standup Program Manager will lead the strategic and tactical execution of new factory ramp-up initiatives in support of Form Factor's global semiconductor manufacturing expansion. This role is critical to ensuring operational readiness across facilities, cleanroom environments, equipment installation, systems integration, and workforce enablement.

Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, IT, EHS, Supply Chain, and HR, the Program Manager will oversee the development and execution of detailed program roadmaps that ensure successful site launch—on time, within scope and budget—and aligned with the company's strategic semiconductor operations roadmap.

This individual will be responsible for managing interdependent work streams across highly technical domains, ensuring that equipment, infrastructure, and people are ready for production ramp. This includes cleanroom buildout, tool move-in and qualification, MES integration, and operator onboarding.

You will be at the center of Form Factor's ability to scale semiconductor capacity while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence in every aspect of the standup process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, IT, and external vendors to deliver on complex technical dependencies.
  • Oversee tool install coordination, working with equipment suppliers and internal teams to manage move-in, hook-up, and qualification timelines.
  • Lead operational readiness planning, including workforce onboarding, training, and shift modeling for fab or advanced packaging environments.
  • Coordinate with EHS and Facilities to ensure compliance with cleanroom, chemical, gas, electrical, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and report on critical metrics including project milestones, resource utilization, budget adherence, and production readiness KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for risk identification, issue resolution, and change control across program work streams.
  • Ensure that Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), data capture, and automation technologies are deployed and validated in time for ramp.
  • Drive change management to support system transitions, process adoption, and cultural integration in new factory environments.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level program updates, dashboards, and recommendations.
