Senior Project Manager - Water Resources

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Water Resources department.
You will be responsible for overall management of complex municipal water and wastewater projects including large-diameter pipelines, lift stations, pump stations, and treatment plant upgrades.

• Oversee the planning and construction of water resources projects, including Water Treatment Plants, Pumping Stations, Water Mains and Pipelines.
• Lead contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Maintain transparent communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Prepare and manage CPM schedules and monthly progress reports.
• Manage project close-out procedures, including startup, commissioning, and warranty.
• Ensure timely completion of all submittals and project correspondence.
• Mentor junior PMs and engineers.

• 6+ years experience in the Water/Wastewater Construction Industry.
• At least 1 project valued at $15M+ (preferred ≥ $20M).
• At least 3 completed projects in water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid Driver’s license.
