Service Now Developers [5X Mid-Level & 5X Senior Level]
Location:
Farmers Branch, TX (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)
Contract: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Project OverviewThe client is launching a strategic initiative to modernize and automate IT services and operations by transitioning to a new Service Now instance. This effort is part of the main program, which includes multiple work streams such as ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, End User Experience, and more. The goal is to enhance regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
Top Skills – Must Haves- Mid-level: 4–6 years of Service Now development experience
- Sr – level: 7-10 years of Service Now development experience
- Job scripts, workflows, and platform configuration
- Hands-on experience with Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), or Employee Center Pro
- Familiarity with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of ITSM and enterprise service management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Design and develop solutions using Service Now’s Employee Experience Suite
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to gather requirements
- Build and maintain employee journeys, case management workflows, and self-service portals
- Customize and configure Service Now applications using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Script Includes
- Integrate Service Now with third-party systems
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security best practices
