The Director of Operations Technology will lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our core business operation systems. This role is both highly technical and deeply operational, overseeing system performance, cross-functional technology initiatives, and the scalability of our operations infrastructure as the company continues to experience rapid growth.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience within Salesforce, systems architecture, and a proven ability to deliver major technology implementations. This leader excels at transforming complex business needs into streamlined, efficient, and scalable solutions that power operational excellence.
Essential Job Functions- Own and manage the performance, optimization, and scalability of key systems including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau, Talkdesk, Gong, and supporting platforms.
- Serve as a hands‑on technical leader responsible for designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing core technology platforms.
- Develop and maintain a multi‑year systems roadmap aligned to business goals and future growth needs.
- Lead major system implementations, migrations, and enterprise data initiatives from concept to completion.
- Drive cross‑functional projects in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leadership.
- Ensure on‑time project delivery and consistent execution across all operational technology initiatives.
- Establish best‑practice governance standards for system administration, data integrity, and workflow management.
- Identify and resolve system inefficiencies; continuously optimize data pipelines, reporting structures, and automation.
- Oversee vendor relationships, tool evaluation, contract negotiations, and technology recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience owning and managing critical business systems, with deep hands‑on technical capabilities.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce administration and optimization.
- Proven success delivering major implementations, system migrations, data transformations, or enterprise‑level projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and effectively support collaboration across multiple business lanes.
- Highly technical, analytical, data‑driven problem solver with excellent collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Administrator, Architect, or related specialties) strongly preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with call center technologies, such as Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms.
- Proven track record in vendor management, including evaluating, selecting, and negotiating contracts to optimize cost, quality, and performance.
- Experience working with enterprise data and analytics tools, such as Tableau or Data Cloud, to drive business insights.
- Familiarity with call analytics platforms, such as Gong, or other tools for monitoring and optimizing team performance.
