As a Permanent Agentic AI Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing our industry. This role is an opportunity to delve into the world of advanced AI technologies, autonomous workflows, and cloud‑native architectures. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of designing and implementing AI‑driven solutions that will redefine strategies for our clients. This role requires an individual who is not only technically proficient but also can leverage AI to solve complex business challenges.

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced Agentic AI solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients in the sales industry.
• Utilize your expertise in Generative AI to create intelligent systems that can generate new, effective sales strategies.
• Develop autonomous workflows that can streamline sales processes, making them more efficient and effective.
• Leverage cloud‑native architecture to build scalable, robust, and secure AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of AI solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct regular reviews of our AI solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Present complex technical information to non‑technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. will be considered a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, preferably in the sales industry.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, Autonomous Workflows, Cloud‑Native Architecture, and Agentic Frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends and developments in AI and machine learning.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex business challenges.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of the sales industry and the ability to leverage AI to improve sales strategies and processes.
