Luna Wireless, one of the largest T-Mobile Authorized Retailers with over 400 stores nationwide, is seeking an experienced real estate attorney with over 5 years of experience to join our Legal team primarily supporting our Leasing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the Legal team working collaboratively with our Leasing, Facilities and other teams.

Location:

Dallas, TX or Remote preferably in NJ/NY/PA area.

• Draft, review and negotiate leases, amendments, early termination agreements and other commercial leasing documents
• Review and interpret lease terms to ensure compliance with our leases
• Provide daily advice and support relating to lease issues and disputes
• Assist as needed with zoning and permitting issues to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Stay current on developments in real estate law, especially in the retail industry
• Partner with the Facilities team on any legal aspects of facilities-related issues
• Oversee outside counsel as needed on commercial lease litigations
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures relating to the leases
• Assist with general liability claims relating to customer incidents occurring in our stores
• Review, negotiate and track vendor agreements as needed
• Other legal issues as they arise

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school required
• Active member of a State Bar in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, preferably commercial leasing
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Must have ability to issue spot and summarize succinctly
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment providing practical, business-minded advice
• In-house experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
