Warehouse Associate Carrolton

Overview

This is a 3 month contract to hire role with pay raise eligibility at 30, 60, & 90 days. This position requires mandatory overtime if requested. Sometimes we work 10+ hours per day 6 days per week.

Base Compensation:
Contractors will earn a standard rate of $17 to $23 per hour based on experience and length of time on the job.

• You will be moving a lot of heavy materials. Miners weigh 40lbs each and we deal with them in the 1000 s.
• You will be working with pallets, moving them, stacking them, using a pallet jack.
• You will be working with power screwdrivers to assemble and disassemble equipment.
• You will be working in a climate controlled warehouse. We provide free snacks, water, monster, sparkling water, etc.

• Punctual and dependable, able to show up on time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and pride yourself on hard work
• Common sense, critical thinking, and direct communication skills
• Safety minded
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience or forklift experience a plus
