Role Description
The Operations Lead is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Farmers Branch, TX. This position involves overseeing day‑to‑day operations at the boutique, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and a smooth flow of services including bridal consultations, tuxedo rental, and dress alterations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Daily Operations & Execution
- Ensure daily SOP are followed across bridal, tuxedo, and alterations
- Support scheduling, workflow coordination, and task completion
- Monitor accuracy in inventory, orders, and documentation
- Identify operational bottlenecks and elevate appropriately
Team Support & Accountability
- Reinforce store policies (attendance, phone usage, professionalism)
- Help train and onboard new team members
- Support team communication and follow‑through
- Model calm, respectful leadership at all times
Administrative & Systems Support
- Assist with inventory tracking and audits
- Coordinate alterations and tuxedo timelines
- Support KPI reporting and weekly check‑ins
- Maintain organized records and task logs
Requirements
- Prior retail, restaurants, fast food, hospitality, or operations experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable enforcing policies fairly and consistently
- Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday are required)
- Familiar with POS systems and basic Microsoft applications
- Professional demeanor and high personal standards
