Role Description

The Operations Lead is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Farmers Branch, TX. This position involves overseeing day‑to‑day operations at the boutique, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and a smooth flow of services including bridal consultations, tuxedo rental, and dress alterations.

Key Responsibilities include:

Daily Operations & Execution

  • Ensure daily SOP are followed across bridal, tuxedo, and alterations
  • Support scheduling, workflow coordination, and task completion
  • Monitor accuracy in inventory, orders, and documentation
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and elevate appropriately

Team Support & Accountability

  • Reinforce store policies (attendance, phone usage, professionalism)
  • Help train and onboard new team members
  • Support team communication and follow‑through
  • Model calm, respectful leadership at all times

Administrative & Systems Support

  • Assist with inventory tracking and audits
  • Coordinate alterations and tuxedo timelines
  • Support KPI reporting and weekly check‑ins
  • Maintain organized records and task logs

Requirements

  • Prior retail, restaurants, fast food, hospitality, or operations experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable enforcing policies fairly and consistently
  • Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday are required)
  • Familiar with POS systems and basic Microsoft applications
  • Professional demeanor and high personal standards
