• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise, help unload trucks, and replenish stock according to productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting professionally with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and general presentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
• Physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift repeatedly
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required
