How You Will Make An Impact

BSN Sports is looking for an Inside Sales Pro to join our Key Accounts Team. In this role you will help athletes, coaches, and sports teams benefit from cutting‑edge apparel and equipment while contributing to our mission of empowering coaches and administrators.

What You Will Do
  • Call and convert prospective accounts to acquire and grow sales while meeting individual objectives.
  • Create quotations, process orders, and update the customer database.
  • Upsell existing and newly converted accounts on new products and complementary items.
  • Follow organizational standards to deliver high‑quality service and exceptional customer experience.
  • Boost office morale by encouraging teammates and fostering a team mentality on the sales floor and across departments.
  • Seek continuous improvement to exceed company expectations.
Qualifications

Knowledge / Skills / Ability

  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Work ethic focused on hitting metrics and quotas.
  • Multitasking skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, CRM Systems, email, and Mitel phone systems preferred.
Education / Experience
  • Prior sales experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting for extended periods while making or receiving phone calls and working at a computer.
  • Maintaining focus and attention while multitasking.
  • Operating in an office setting with computers, headsets, and telephones.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors; frequent communication for updates and strategies.
