- Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and microwaves.

- High school diploma or GED.
- EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
- Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
- Can follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
- Can use smartphone for part ordering.
- Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license for the state(s) where you work.
- Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable, flexible hours, including required overtime.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Can lift, carry, push or pull up to 20 lbs (frequently 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs).
- Can reach, bend, kneel, twist, stoop, climb and crawl as needed.
- Able to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
Years of experience: 1–2 years.
Travel requirement:
Road Warrior (75% or more).
