• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and microwaves.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Can follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Can use smartphone for part ordering.
• Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) where you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable, flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Can lift, carry, push or pull up to 20 lbs (frequently 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs).
• Can reach, bend, kneel, twist, stoop, climb and crawl as needed.
• Able to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.

Road Warrior (75% or more).
