Residential HVAC Installer | $28.00 - $36.00 per hour + bonuses

We pay full system bonuses, warranty bonuses, and cash spiffs. Potential annual earnings $125K!

This position is primarily residential retrofit / changeout with the occasional light commercial install.

Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer

Pay Range: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience

Pay Type: Hourly + System Completion Bonus

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Residential retrofit/changeout installations
• Excellent customer service
• Supervise the work of other installers
• Maintaining high-quality and time job performance.

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 2 + years of Residential Retrofit/changeout HVAC Install experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Ability to pass NATE core test within 3 months of hire date
• Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
• Able to size and draw duct work correctly
• Start up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units
• Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams
• High school diploma or its equivalent

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
