Warehouse Coordinator Inventory & Purchasing

J Bell Services is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator Inventory & Purchasing in Farmers Branch, TX to run inventory, purchasing, and daily warehouse operations. Pay runs $19 to $25 per hour based on your experience in warehouse organization or inventory management. You will prepare materials each morning so technicians leave on time.

• You notice when something is out of place and fix it before anyone asks.

• You take pride in records so accurate nobody has to guess what is in stock.

• You manage your own day and stay confident holding technicians accountable.

• You bring computer skills, Google Sheets proficiency, and basic reporting.

• You bring a valid driver’s license and run supplier errands when needed.

• You bring the strength to lift and move warehouse materials. Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus, not required.

• J Bell Services has installed irrigation, Christmas lighting, and landscape lighting across the Dallas area since 2008.

• Organize, label, and maintain materials, tools, and warehouse storage.

• Track materials received, distributed, returned, and missing.

• Prepare materials each morning so technicians leave on time.

• Research suppliers, compare prices, and purchase within budget.

• Inspect tools weekly and track equipment assigned to trucks.

• Submit weekly inventory, purchasing, and material expense reports in Google Sheets.

• As Warehouse Coordinator Inventory & Purchasing, pay runs $19 to $25 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses for efficiency, accuracy, and budget management.

• Full-time, onsite in Farmers Branch, TX, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (a 90-day temporary option is available).
