Responsibilities
- Assist management in planning and managing engagement activity and follow through to achieve results
- Build and maintain working client relationships
- Experience in handling an engagement from start to finish
- Correspond with Federal and State authorities in response to any Federal or State tax notices
- Experience with 990, 706 and 709 returns a plus
- Experience with 990, 706 and 709 returns a plus
- Multi State Tax Preparation a plus
- Minimum 2 years of recent tax and accounting work at a CPA firm
- Strong bookkeeping skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Competence in preparing 1040 and Business Tax Returns (1065, 1120, 1120S)
- Experience with CS Professional Suite (Ultra Tax and Accounting CS) and Quick Books a plus
