Accounts Payable Analyst

MPS Group Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our headquarters team in Farmington Hills, MI
. This individual is responsible forhigh‑volume invoice processing, accuracy, and timely workflow management within Import Manager, Doc Link, and Great Plains.

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m.

• Process high‑volume invoices through Import Manager with a 24–48 hour turnaround.
• Audit invoices for correct purchase order information and ensure accurate scanning/indexing into Doc Link.
• Monitor and clear all Doc Link queues; route invoices appropriately and post batches in Great Plains.
• Support weekly check runs, including preparation, review, and payment file accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with month‑end close activities as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high‑volume environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel.
• Strong data entry skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize daily workload, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain consistent turnaround times.
• Experience processing ACH payments.
• Ability to support month‑end close, including overtime when required.

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains.
• Knowledge of expense reporting, accruals, and invoice verification.
