We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team at Kirk’s Auto. This is a critical role where you’ll perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and inspections to ensure our customers’ vehicles are serviced with excellence and integrity. You’ll collaborate closely with Service Advisors and other team members to deliver top-quality automotive care.

• Perform accurate and efficient repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and occasionally with customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with shop operations as needed (e.g., parts pickup, quality control).
• Promote and uphold company safety standards.

• Experience: 5+ years as an Automotive Technician or equivalent training.
• Certifications: Minimum of 4 ASE certifications (A1–A8 preferred); willingness to work toward Master ASE.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Advanced diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, computers, and repair software.
• Must own a complete set of up-to-date tools.

• Hourly Pay Plan:
  • Range: $28.00 – $38.00/hour
  • Bonuses:
    • $32 per hour billed (80–89.99 hrs per pay period)
    • $34 per hour billed (90–99.99 hrs)
    • $36 per hour billed (100+ hrs)
• Flat Rate Pay Plan:
  • Range: $33.00 – $44.00/hour
  • Accelerators: $4–$8 extra per hour based on billed hours.
