• Full-time
• In-bound call center environment
• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
• Provide customer service & support to end-users (customers) by answering queries and troubleshooting issues by guiding users through step-by-step solutions
• Resolve billing, performance, feature-related issues, answer policy, upgrades, ad approval/disapproval questions, and other related matters
• Support will be provided by clearly communicating solutions in a user‑friendly, professional manner
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers, clients, and businesses
• Deliver service and support to end-users using AdWords, AdWords Express, GMB & other products related to Ad Words
• Gather customer information to understand account details to provide best resolution
• Diagnose and resolve technical product issues involving campaign performance, billing, etc.
• After resolving a customer’s issue, provide consultative service by upselling/cross‑selling products/features
• Research required information using available resources
• Follow standard processes and procedures
• Identify and elevate priority issues per client specifications
• Redirect problems to appropriate resources such as consult services
• Accurately process and record call transactions using the CRM tool

• Full Time Monday-Friday
• Rotating

• Located in Farmington Hills, MI
• Pay: $15/HR
