• Implement lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher to ensure a seamless learning experience
• Motivate, support, and challenge students in a student-centered environment
• Monitor student attendance and maintain effective classroom management
• Foster student participation, minimize distractions, and create a positive learning atmosphere
• Supervise students during class, lunch, and recess

• A college degree in Education is preferred but not required
• Experience working with children and strong communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and able to manage student behavior effective
• Ability to maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment
