• Lead plan production for roadway and freeway design using Micro Station/Geopak and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with MDOT, local agencies, consultants, and 银雀 contractors.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and technical proposals.
• Apply engineering expertise and specialized software to solve complex transportation challenges.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality design services.
• Prepare quantities and construction cost estimates for bidding.
• Support storm sewer drainage design, pavement markings, signing plans, and maintenance of traffic plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 8+ years of experience in roadway engineering, especially with MDOT and local agency projects.
• Proficiency in Micro Station/ORD is essential.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC‑RAS, HY8, and Storm
  
  CAD is轴 a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Desire to coordinate and collaborate with junior staff.
• Ability to travel to project and client sites as needed.
