Job Summary: Healing Haven is looking for a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist in Farmington Hills, MI. This role focuses on comprehensive therapy services for children with autism and their families, including a 3‑month parent training program and integrated occupational and speech therapy. Pay range: $80,000‑$110,000

- Lead impactful 30‑minute therapy sessions with children on the Autism Spectrum, starting with thoughtful assessments and tracking progress with timely re‑evaluations.
- Maintain documentation by completing daily treatment notes and submitting progress summaries on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with parents, BCBAs, and other professionals to create a well‑rounded, team‑based treatment plan.
- Participate in company training and required professional development.
- Track time by submitting accurate timesheets in line with calendar deadlines.
- Prepare key reports (initial assessments, re‑evaluations, authorizations, AAC) that support client care.
- Supervise students, clinical fellows, or new hires as needed.
- Protect client privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
