Junior HR Benefits Coordinator

, in partnership with a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Junior Benefits Coordinator
. This role is responsible for supporting daily benefits operations, assisting employees with inquiries, and coordinating vendor communications to ensure smooth and compliant benefits administration.

• Assist in open enrollment and administering employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k)
• Serve as a point of contact for benefits-related questions and resolve issues with carriers and vendors
• Support benefits enrollment, new hire onboarding, and life event processing
• Help coordinate open enrollment, including communications and system updates
• Maintain accurate benefits data within HRIS systems
• Collaborate with payroll to verify deductions and benefit contributions
• Assist with compliance documentation and audits
• Prepare and distribute benefits communications and employee education materials

• 1–2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR support
• Basic knowledge of employee benefits regulations, including COBRA and ACA
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits enrollment platforms
• Experience supporting open enrollment cycles and has proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience coordinating with brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators
• Knowledge of benefits compliance processes and reporting
• Understanding of FSA/HSA administration
