Michigan's Adventure is seeking a motivated Information Technology Intern to help support the technology systems that power our amusement and water park operations. This paid internship offers hands‑on experience with technical support, network infrastructure, hardware deployment, system administration, and end‑user support in a unique, fast‑paced environment.

This is an internship opportunity for spring and summer of 2027.

• Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, POS systems, printers, mobile devices, and ticketing equipment.
• Support network infrastructure including wireless access points and switches.
• Provide help desk support to associates across multiple park departments.
• Assist with user account administration, system security, and technology documentation.
• Maintain IT inventory records and support hardware deployments.
• Learn how technology supports daily park operations and guest experiences.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college degree or certification program.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and Windows/macOS systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 30 pounds of equipment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
