Opportunity
  • Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
  • Sell personal lines insurance and broker business to carriers outside of Farmers Insurance for both commercial and personal lines.
  • Participate in a 3‑week virtual training program through the award‑winning University of Farmers.
  • Gain hands‑on mentorship from a successful District Office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of agents.
  • Drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities across all lines.
  • Recruit, train, and retain agents.
  • Implement sales, marketing, and lead‑generation strategies.
  • Oversee agency operations, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and management.
  • Proven track record of sales and management success.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses.
