Hirzel Law is hiring an attorney to join our collections team in Michigan. We are one of the fastest-growing HOA and condo law firms in the country, and we are seeking an individual with high energy who is driven to succeed, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about helping others. What You Will Do
- Support the collections team on a high volume of association collections matters
- Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage deadlines, filings, and communications with clients and courts
- Use our online platform to track case progress and provide clear client updates
- Assist with negotiations, hearings, and court appearances under supervision

- Confidence in client communication and the ability to build trust under pressure
- Discipline to stay organized and meet tight deadlines from courts, clients, and attorneys
- Strong research and writing skills with the determination to master collections law

Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan
- Able to manage a fast-paced workload and meet strict deadlines without sacrificing quality

- Hungry to deliver results for our clients
- Base salary of $85,000 to $95,000
- Quarterly bonus opportunities tied directly to firm profit and pod billing targets, with clear visibility into performance metrics
