Hybrid role in Illinois or Michigan (in‑office and remote). Fully remote in Texas or Colorado.

• Serve as the primary client advocate, handling day‑to‑day client requests and leading client meetings.
• Maintain long‑term, profitable client relationships across all levels of management.
• Own project delivery from strategy to creative to media to development, ensuring integrated agency disciplines and on‑budget execution.
• Develop scopes, change orders, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with internal teams and the client.
• Provide competitive intelligence, trends, and strategic points of view to the client.
• Document onboarding materials and case studies to support new team members and highlight capabilities.

• 4‑6 years managing multi‑medium ad agency projects (digital, video, social, print, and large‑scale web).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, program management, marketing, or advertising.
• 5+ years of client service or account management with strong relationship building.
• Familiarity with advertising agency processes, media buying, asset management, and production.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to break down complex information.
• Strong collaboration with media, creative, and development teams to deliver accurate work.
• Foundational knowledge of client business and marketing; proven track record of staying within budget and timeline.
• Proficiency with Excel, Acrobat Pro, Smartsheet, and Jira.
