A BRIEF OVERVIEWLooking for a role where your leadership makes an immediate impact? As an Operations Supervisor
, you'll be at the heart of the action, guiding multiple teams to success while keeping Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost on point. You'll coach Team Leaders, tackle daily challenges head-on, and use problem-solving skills to keep the floor running smoothly. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is your chance to lead, influence, and make a difference every day.
You'll start with 6 weeks of 1st-shift training before moving to 2nd shift (2:00PM-10:30PM), and a little weekend flexibility is a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Lead, mentor and develop team members, creating a positive culture aligned with our values
- Oversee production activities, schedules, and resources to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing problem-solving tools like Kaizen and A3 process
- Ensure safety, compliance and standard operating procedures are followed consistently
- Manage labor, equipment, materials, and workflow to optimize productivity
- Support hiring, performance management, and development of employees, including training and evaluating team effectiveness
- Maintain clear communication with leadership, report on metrics, and proactively resolve operational issues
- High School Or Equivalent (Required)
- Associates (Preferred)
- Bachelor (Preferred)
- 3+ Years of Experience in a Leadership Role (Required)
- Manufacturing Experience (Required)
- Machining experience (Preferred)
- Experience in a FDA Regulated Environment (Preferred)
- Leadership Certification (Preferred)
- Trade School Certification (Preferred)
