Operations Supervisor, 2nd Shift

* * DET - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - Michigan)
** A BRIEF OVERVIEW
** You’ll start with
** 6 weeks of 1st-shift training
** before moving to
** 2nd shift (2:00PM–10:30PM)****,
** and a little weekend flexibility is a plus.
** WHAT YOU WILL DO
*** Lead, mentor and develop team members, creating a positive culture aligned with our values
* Oversee production activities, schedules, and resources to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing problem-solving tools like Kaizen and A3 process
* Ensure safety, compliance and standard operating procedures are followed consistently
* Manage labor, equipment, materials, and workflow to optimize productivity
* Support hiring, performance management, and development of employees, including training and evaluating team effectiveness
* Maintain clear communication with leadership, report on metrics, and proactively resolve operational issues
** EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
*** High School Or Equivalent (Required)
* Associates (Preferred)
* Bachelor (Preferred)
** EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
*** 3+ Years of Experience in a Leadership Role (Required)
* Manufacturing Experience (Required)
* Machining experience (Preferred)
* Experience in a FDA Regulated Environment (Preferred)
