Home Health Director – Nashville, TN

Job Summary & Responsibilities- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate operations to ensure high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee fiscal planning, budgeting, and accounting.
- Lead performance improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Supervise clinical services under physician or RN supervision.
- Develop and implement service policies and ensure accurate marketing information.
- Appoint a qualified alternate during operating hours.
- Maintain liaison with the Governing Board and execute its directives.
- Licensed physician, registered nurse, or holder of a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in health service administration.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or related program.
- Valid RN Diploma or equivalent.
