• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate operations to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee fiscal planning, budgeting, and accounting.
• Lead performance improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Supervise clinical services under physician or RN supervision.
• Develop and implement service policies and ensure accurate marketing information.
• Appoint a qualified alternate during operating hours.
• Maintain liaison with the Governing Board and execute its directives.

• Licensed physician, registered nurse, or holder of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in health service administration.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or related program.
• Valid RN Diploma or equivalent.
