Crew Manager, Restaurant​/Food Service

• Organize shifts and schedule team members
• Handle cash, manage inventory, and reconcile sales
• Oversee customer service, satisfaction, and drive‑thru operations
• Lead team on the front counter, cashier, and fryer/griddle stations
• Maintain sanitation standards and food safety protocols
• Motivate and lead the crew to meet and exceed performance goals

• Competitive weekly pay starting at the minimum rate listed, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience
• Annual holiday bonus (subject to company performance)

Pay Rate: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun
• 1+ year of food service or management experience
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
