Job Description
You were born to be the boss. Domino’s Pizza is hiring leaders—specifically, general managers. It’s a tough role that requires judgment, math and multitasking skills. You will work for a fun, flexible company that offers long‑term career experience.
ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for everything that happens during your shift and in your business unit. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must lead by example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have at least one year of experience as a general manager in a fast‑food or pizza setting
