Position Supervisor:Associate Director of IT Accounts
Position Location:

The primary goal of Account Executive is to build sales by nurturing existing customer relationships. Act as liaison between the company and a client. Account Executive is accountable for personal production while contributing to the overall success of the business unit.
Position Summary:Position Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for the Overall Account Management. Provide full life cycle of Sales and recruiting functions
- Qualify potential accounts and job orders by contacting prospective and existing customers and gathering information regarding their needs and preferences
- Prioritize job orders based on business needs, urgency, and revenue potential; communicate information to Recruiting team to support their efforts
- Ensure customer satisfaction by personally servicing accounts as the primary business contact for all needs, communicating the client’s requirements and expectations internally, servicing client needs according to expectations and agreements, and resolving conflicts
- Ensure arrangements are satisfactory and profitable by negotiating, drafting and managing client contract agreements
- Maintain strong employee relationships through regular contact in order to solicit referrals, identify additional business opportunities, control turnover, and ensure client satisfaction
- Facilitate workflow efficiency, strategy and company growth by actively participating in meetings, openly communicating ideas and observations, and working collaboratively with others
- Maintain and increase market share within existing accounts by building long-term relationships with clients, identifying new contacts and opportunities within existing accounts, applying a consultative selling approach to determining client requirements and expectations, and servicing client needs
- Monitor and maintain accurate account activities by regularly updating business systems and databases

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Staffing environment (healthcare staffing is a plus)
- Experience using 3rd party job boards and Internet navigation tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Extremely detail oriented and thorough with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, independent and self-motivated without much supervision
- Business Acumen – Understanding industry trends, including clients, market and unemployment conditions. Knowledge of staffing processes and policies to ensure 100% compliance
- Customer centric - Knowledge and experience building a strategic sourcing plan and ability to proactively plan to meet customer requirements
- Team player/ leadership – Ability to develop win-win relationship with team members, client and leaders
- Business values and ethics – embody company core values and ethics
