Overview
An international automotive component manufacturer in the Farmington Hills, MI area is looking for a Sales Engineer responsible for working with the sales and engineering teams to help develop motor core business.
Base pay range
$/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities- Support sales team with technical knowledge to sell into prospect accounts
- Match customer requirements to proposed solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to plan sales cycle strategies
- Help create and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Manage technical aspects of RFQ/RFI responses
- Communicate client needs to the R&D teams for product development
- Bachelor 4s degree in engineering or similar field
- At least 3 years of related experience as a sales engineer
- Experience with technical aspects of motor core products related to electrical vehicles is preferred
- Experience working with automotive OEM clients
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
