Job Summary
Sunberry Limited LLC is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Support Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the success of our sales operations by providing exceptional support to our sales representatives and ensuring seamless customer interactions. - Act as a primary point of contact for sales teams, assisting with order processing, customer inquiries, and account management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services, resolving any issues that may arise during the sales cycle.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies by providing relevant data, reports, and insights to management.
- Reviewing bids.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts that meet client needs while aligning with company policies.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels through feedback collection and proactively address concerns to enhance service quality.
- Support training initiatives for new sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years in a similar sales support role.
- Expert in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales support tools is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and internal teams alike.
- Knowledge of basic sales principles and processes to effectively assist in achieving team targets.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a sales support function is advantageous but not mandatory.
