Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Sales Representative

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our DME division, covering the Chicago and Detroit markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with healthcare experience who thrives on autonomy and financial growth. You’ll cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, home health organizations, and physician offices, while also supporting patients who are referred to our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and discharge planners
  • Promote our DME products and services to hospitals, clinics, and home health agencies
  • Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to drive new referral sources and sales
  • Follow up with referred patients to ensure proper delivery, education, and satisfaction
  • Track activity and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to coordinate timely deliveries and service excellence
Qualifications:
  • Healthcare experience required — DME, medical device, or home health sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success in a relationship-based sales environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable managing a multi‑territory schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 (Depending on experience)
  • Unlimited Commission Potential – no earnings cap
