Uncapped earning potential typically in the range of 60k-140k+.

• Running service and maintenance appointments for residential HVAC customers in their homes, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues with the HVAC systems.
• Understands and masters the ability to present multiple options for repairs and enhancements via a company iPad.
• Runs preventative maintenance appointments for our thousands of Home Care Club Members.
• Actively participates in ongoing training through Nexstar, meetings, and company events.
• Is held to performance based KPIs.

• 2 years of residential HVAC Experience
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues with the HVAC system within confined spaces, including but not limited to crawl spaces and attics
• A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide options to customers
• Successful completion of a 9-panel drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report

• No holiday or overnight emergency service/on call
• Ability to take home company provided fully stocked truck, dispatched from home
