Job Description – Lifeguarding Instructor- Teach valuable lifesaving skills while maintaining a safe learning environment.
- Teach in accordance with the American Red Cross basic-level Lifeguarding standards and ensure the competency of each participant.
- Arrive on time, prepared with the predetermined lesson plan.
- Explain, demonstrate, and provide feedback while each participant practices water rescues and skills to proficiency.
- Keep attendance and records of completion for participants.
