The Role

• The Warehouse Associate completes the daily operational activities of packing, shipping, receiving, and distribution.
• He/she ensures all is accomplished accurately and promptly while providing support to the rest of the organization.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Farmington Hills, MI facility in day‑to‑day operations on a full‑time basis. This full‑time, onsite role is responsible for daily operational activities such as packing, shipping, receiving, and distribution while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock locations and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
• Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling
• Organize warehouse space and maintain daily cleanliness
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Abide by all company safety policies
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience of 2‑3 years.
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other types of warehouse equipment.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data or management systems.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
• Minimum physical requirement, ability to lift to 50lbs.
• High school diploma or Associate's degree.
