Corporate Accountant

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Corporate Accountant will perform month‑end and year‑end close activities, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.)
• Perform detailed account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury‑related accounts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Utilize accounting software for entries, reporting, and reconciliations
• Support process controls and efficiency initiatives
• Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance
• Assist with audit preparation and provide support to external auditors

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• GAAP principles and multi‑entity reconciliation experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V‑lookups)
