Position:
Construction Project Manager
Location:
Farmington, CT
Compensation: $105,000 to $135,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead project management tasks including RFI/RFP submittals, processing change orders, and ensuring quality and efficient project completion.
- Collaborate with ownership, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Obtain necessary regulations and permits.
- Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans.
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle with the Superintendent and Ownership.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure efficiency.
Desired Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, and similar tools/technology.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to be agile on the job site, managing moving timelines and objectives.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field(s).
