Call Service Representative

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, greeting customers promptly
• Redirect calls to appropriate departments or colleagues to ensure seamless service
• Provide basic information regarding claims and services to customers as needed
• Identify issues requiring escalation and refer complex matters to senior team members
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow through on customer inquiries
• Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening to enhance customer satisfaction
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment to meet service goals

• Previous experience in customer service roles such as retail, restaurants, or call centers
• Bachelor's Degree or current pursuit with 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an attentive ear
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently under pressure
• Competent with computer systems and able to make informed decisions swiftly
• High energy level and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
• Must be vaccinated (no booster required)
