Cafeteria Monitor - West Woods Upper Elementary

The Farmington Public School District is looking for a Cafeteria Monitorfor West Woods Upper Elementary School (Grades 5-6). The position is 4 hours per day, set by the school administrator, school year. • A. Candidate should hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• B. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to communicate with students while maintaining order with large student groups.

School Principals

$20.41 - $24.63 per hour based upon experience

The monitor provides a variety of monitoring activities to provide order in large student gatherings mainly in the cafeteria. This includes maintaining school discipline codes, attendance records for class periods assigned, controlling access from the outside and preparing student passes, as required.

• 1. Maintain student order in assigned areas.
• 2. Prepare reports, as required
• 3. Demonstrate ability to communicate with students
• 4. Other related duties, as assigned
