Continuous* Daily Substitutes; Grades K - 12

Farmington Public Schools is hiring for daily substitutes in our schools!
Pick the days you work and grade levels/subjects you wish to substitute for!

Requirements:
Daily subs must have a high school diploma and experience working with children.
Daily substitute pay rates are as follows:

New Substitutes: $114 per day ($124 per day if certified as a teacher by the State of CT)

After One Year of Experience: $119 per day

After Two Years of Experience: $124 per day

Farmington uses the online substitute placement system called Frontline Absence Management
.
Sub assignments may be obtained via telephone, internet, or app.
Substitute positions for teachers and paraprofessionals are available.

Application Procedure: Apply online ct.org/district. Applicants must submit two professional references and a copy of Bachelor degree transcripts, if applicable.
Selection Procedure: All materials must be submitted for a substitute application before a candidate is contacted for a daily sub interview.
Applicants approved as substitutes must be fingerprinted within 30 days of approval.
