• Lead end‑to‑end process mapping, improvement initiatives, implementation, and support adoption.
• Develop standardized process documentation, including flowcharts and work instructions.
• Identify process interfaces, handoffs, bottlenecks, and risk.
• Facilitate workshops and cross‑functional sessions to drive process improvement.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful rollout of new processes.
• Define, develop, and maintain key figures and KPIs.
• Establish performance dashboards and reporting structures.
• Analyze process performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Support management with data‑driven recommendations.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure alignment with strategic organizational goals and standards.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to drive action across hierarchy with a structured, proactive approach. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus. Data‑driven mindset with strong Excel and/or Power BI skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, process engineering, or business required. Three years’ experience in continuous improvement or project management. Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus.
